On November 27, Vilnius will host the Lithuania-Poland Life Science & Biotech Ecosystems Summit – a strategic event dedicated to strengthening collaboration between two of Europe’s most dynamic and fast-growing life sciences and biotechnology regions.
This one-day summit will bring together leading representatives from science, industry, investment, and policy to build an integrated, competitive, and internationally attractive Lithuanian-Polish bio-ecosystem.
Theme of the event: “Building a Transnational Bio-Ecosystem: From Research to Biomanufacturing”
The summit highlights the shared ambition to connect scientific excellence, innovation, and industrial capacity into a seamless value chain that could serve as a regional hub for biotechnology and life sciences. The program will feature five thematic sessions addressing the key components of the ecosystem:

Technology transfer and academia–industry collaboration

Startup and scaleup development

Biomanufacturing infrastructure and talent growth

Investment attraction and risk reduction in early-stage biotech
Conference Program will include discussions with representatives from university technology transfer offices, innovation agencies, biotech companies, investors, and policymakers from Lithuania and Poland.
The summit is organized by the LithuaniaBIO Association in cooperation with the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Lithuanian Innovation Agency.
