This year, LithuaniaBIO President Tomas Andrejauskas, together with the Minister of the Ministry of Economy and Innovation, Aušrinė Armonaitė, opened the Lithuanian booth, where you could meet representatives of Lithuanian biotechnology sectors companies and institutions: Biomapas, Cureline Baltic, Placenta, SatiMed, Caszyme, Inovatyvios medicinos centras, Ekonomikos ir inovacijų ministerija, Inovacijų agentūra, Invest Lithuania, Cumulatis, Biomatter, EXOLITUS, Gene biotech, VUGENE.


The North American Lithuanian Business Forum is an event of the year highlighting the strong business ties between Lithuania and North America and importance of connecting transatlantic commerce leaders in dialogue and partnership
During the business mission, representatives of Lithuanian companies met with the Lithuanian-American community. They discussed the current situation in the Life Sciences sector in Lithuania and the Baltic States, the innovations being developed, and the opportunities for expansion and new breakthroughs.
During the Forum, representatives of Lithuanian companies took part in a panel discussion where Karolis Žemaitis, Vice-minister of the Ministry of Economy and Innovation, Petras Sveikata, CCO of Biomapas, and Dale Patterson, Vice President and General Manager of Thermo fisher Scientific, spoke about Lithuania’s opportunities and the future of the life sciences sector.
