LithuaniaBIO, in partnership with the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU), Kauno Klinikos (Hospital of LSMU) and Lithuanian Society of Cardiology invites innovators to an international hackathon dedicated to the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and health data in personalized medicine.

About the Hackathon

Personalized medicine requires close interdisciplinary collaboration. This hackathon is built on the Quadruple-helix model (science, business, public sector, and society) to bring together experts from various fields. Participants will tackle practical problems in AI diagnostics, health data platform integration, and regulatory environments—such as developing solutions to identify hidden cardiovascular risks 1.

Who is this for?

We welcome both individual participants and pre-formed teams (4–5 members). We highly encourage the following professionals to apply:

• Scientists and Researchers in life sciences, bioeconomy, and medicine.
• Bioinformatics and Data Science Experts working with large datasets and AI algorithms.
• Healthcare Providers and Clinicians with a deep understanding of clinical needs and patient care.
• Digital Health Innovators and Biotech Companies aiming to build products with AI and genomics integration.

• Direct Path to the Accelerator: The top teams (15 business cases from 7 European regions) will advance to the international “BIO-RED Biotech & Pharma” accelerator program. There, you will receive top-tier mentorship, support for idea testing, and investment readiness training 1.
